Noralee M. Bradley

Ms. Bradley joined Angle’s Board of Directors at the Company’s inception in June 2004 and was appointed Chairman. Ms. Bradley is a partner and member of the Corporate Practice Group at the law firm of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Calgary. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, corporate and board governance and general corporate matters. Ms. Bradley has also been a corporate secretary of several public and private companies. She started her career with the law firm of Bennett Jones LLP in 1990 and was a partner from 1999 to January 2006.

Ms. Bradley received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989 and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. She has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1991.

Gregg Fischbuch

Mr. Fischbuch is a co-founder of Angle, with over 20 years’ experience with oil and natural gas companies exploring in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. Prior to co-founding Angle, Mr. Fischbuch was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development with Brooklyn Energy Corporation from March 2003 to January 2004. In 2001, he founded Crossfield Gas Corporation (later Bear Creek Energy Limited), where he was Executive Vice President until early 2003. In 1994, Mr. Fischbuch co-founded TriGas Exploration Inc. and was its Senior Vice President of Exploration and Engineering and a director until its sale to Calpine Canada in 2000.

Mr. Fischbuch received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).

Keith S. Turnbull

Mr. Turnbull retired from KPMG in 2009 where he had been a partner for nearly 30 years. Prior to retirement, Keith was a member of the executive management committee of KPMG. His most recent operations responsibilities included being the Office Managing Partner for KPMG’s Calgary office where he was responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the Calgary practice as well as KPMG’s audit, tax and advisory business in Calgary. While serving as a partner, Mr. Turnbull’s clients included a wide variety of public and private companies primarily in the resource and resource service sector. Mr. Turnbull
became a securities reviewing partner in 1997 which resulted in him becoming involved in a significant number of emerging energy companies as well as numerous IPO’s.

Mr. Turnbull is a member of the Board of Directors and chair of the audit committees of CE Franklin Ltd., a TSX and NASDAQ listed entity that supplies products and services to the energy business, and Carbon Management Canada Inc., a not-for-profit corporation focused on innovations in reducing carbon emissions and a former Director of UNX Energy Corp. a TSX-V and Frankfurt listed oil & gas offshore exploration entity.

Edward J. Muchowski

Mr. Muchowski has over 40 years’ experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He became a director of Angle in June 2004. Prior to this, he was Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer of Grandir Resources Ltd., a privately held oil and natural gas exploration company, from 1997 to 2002. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Muchowski was a director of TriGas Exploration Inc. His career previously included President of Koko Resources Ltd. and of Stealth Resources Limited, private oil and natural gas exploration and production companies. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Dome Petroleum and prior to that a number of reservoir engineering positions at Imperial Oil Ltd.

Mr. Muchowski received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1964 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Physics from the University of Saskatchewan in 1965. He has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) since 1979.

Timothy V. Dunne

Mr. Dunne has nearly 25 years’ experience in the role of vice president, finance and chief financial officer in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Dunne became a director of Angle in March 2006. He was Chief Financial Officer for Defiant Resources Corporation from 1998 to 2005, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Barrington Petroleum Ltd. from 1993 through 1998, and Chief Financial Officer of Joss Energy Ltd. from 1985 through 1993.

Mr. Dunne was admitted to membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1975 and to fellowship in 1980.

Jacob Roorda

Mr. Roorda has nearly 25 years’ experience in the role of vice president, corporate and chief financial officer in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Roorda became a director of Angle in August 2010. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Canoe Capital Corporation, a role he has held since 2008. He was previously Vice President, Corporate of Harvest Operations Corporation from 2006 through 2008, and Chief Financial Officer of Joss Energy Ltd. from 1985 through 1993.

Mr. Roorda received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from Queen's University in 1979 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary in 1987.

Scott Bratt

Mr. Bratt has 18 years of experience in the capital markets, primarily with FirstEnergy Capital Corp, where he recently retired as Managing Director and Co-Head of Corporate Finance.  Mr. Bratt has significant experience in mergers, acquisitions, valuations and financings, and has been a trusted advisor to numerous boards and senior management teams.

Mr. Bratt received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Calgary in 1989, became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1992, and earned the CFA designation in 1996
